Voices From the DongHang Community

As of the end of 2025, around 3,000 cooperative members have the membership of DongHang.

DongHang reminds activists that we are essential to society—
and that caring for ourselves is not selfish,
but a responsibility if we want to keep serving others.
The support from DongHang is truly a lifeline for us
as public-interest activists.

DongHang is both a trusted colleague and a place of rest for me.
Without DongHang, I wouldn’t have been able to continue my work this long.

I was seriously considering quitting my activism, but thanks to
DongHang’s support, I am still here—and I now see myself continuing this work
into the future.

DongHang was the first place that supported me not as a worker,
but simply as me. The support eased my financial burden and
helped me regain my daily life without shame or anxiety,
allowing me to focus on my work again. I am deeply grateful that
DongHang always reaches out first in difficult moments.

It felt like receiving encouragement from unseen colleagues.
DongHang gave me the strength to keep working toward a better society.
